REFUND POLICY
CODA Magazine’s subscription department will refund the value of all undelivered pre-paid copies. If you make a mistake processing your online payment, we will reverse the credit card charges upon notification. Please examine your receipt carefully to ensure that it correctly reflects your intended purchase and notify us by phone (1.416.868.1958) or email (
) if there is a mistake.
If you wish to cancel your subscription at any time during your subscription term, we will issue a refund payment prorated at the per-issue price paid in advance, based on the number of issues remaining on your subscription. We do not require a reason for cancellation. To cancel your subscription, we require notification in writing by mail or fax (1-416-868-1958), and ask that you allow four to six weeks for your refund to be processed and delivered to you.
